Susan is primarily responsible for practice management, compliance, recruiting, and administrative tasks for the firm.  She also has a special interest in education savings/planning, tax-sensitive investing, estate planning, and business planning.  In addition to assistance with investment portfolios, Susan can also assist with business plan creation and monitoring for both start-up and existing firms.  She is also licensed in South Carolina and Virginia to offer life insurance, health insurance, disability income insurance, and long term care insurance to both individuals and businesses. 

In addition to having more than ten years in the business, Susan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant designee (ChFC), and an Enrolled Agent (a federally licensend tax practictioner).   She is a member of the Financial Services Institute, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, American Mensa, Ltd., and is an active alumna volunteer for her undergraduate alma mater, Sweet Briar College.
